The Kinjerski Family

What a great session to start off my client blogging with! I had so much fun photographing Carolin and Nick the other day, especially as this was the FIRST time they ever had professional family photos done. Before we even met, I strategized with Carolin over outfits and locations, and what she hoped to see with their family photos. Her excitement was palpable and I just loved getting to capture these memories for them both. And, to make this session even more special, is the fact that Nick is preparing to deploy just as they are expecting their first baby, a little girl (cue the water works am I right!?). Since Nick and his family are huge Green Bay Packers fans, we had to incorporate the sweet little shoes into the shoot somehow, and I just love the idea Carolin had to showcase them. I'll be praying for Nick to have a safe tour, and the days to fly by for the Kinjerski family... I can't wait to see this family grow and be united again soon.
